When developing this course, we focused on both beginner sculptors and those who already have a certain idea of sculpture and understand how it is created. The peculiarity of this art direction is maximum realism.
The sculpture course consists of 12 intensive practical classes.
We will go through all the stages of creating a sculpture, starting from the simplest, gradually solving more complex tasks, consistently gaining knowledge and skills. The course will provide an opportunity to develop creatively and also to have a good rest!
The course consists of the following stages:
-Acquaintance with the material, tools. Modeling simple objects from nature.
-Types of relief. Making a classic bas-relief.
-Anatomy. Making a frame. Modeling the human figure.
-Modeling the bust.
-Casting a portrait from plaster.
What is the result?
You will learn all the intricacies of sculptural craftsmanship: from creating a frame to molding and casting the sculpture. You will master all the main secrets of sculptors. You will know and distinguish between types of relief. You will get acquainted with the structural basis of the human head, proportions. You will be able to make plaster molds on your own.
